While we cannot offer any assurance that we can address every single request (and it would be irresponsible for us to do this), we can promise that you will be heard and answered.

In situations and circumstances where we are not able to provide assistance directly, by filling out the embedded form you are automatically authorizing RCP Foundation to reach out to other like-minded philanthropic and charitable organizations to determine if they have the wherewithal and the inclination to offer you assistance, either in conjunction with RCP Foundation, or independent of us and on their own.

Please also bear in mind that there are cases where the RCP Foundation may only be able to grant a portion of your request given our available resources and priorities at the time, but you are urged to apply for the full amount that is needed, and to remain optimistic.

Important Considerations for your Application

[Direct Study Scholarship Grants]

Every student applicant for a direct grant or aid in any amount will need to demonstrate several things at the beginning and over the life of the grant or aid, and these are essential for RCP Foundation to consider your application and continue making disbursements for your benefit.

Firstly, you should be prepared to demonstrate that you have a legitimate economic need by describing the specific circumstances of your financial hardship, and by evidencing the same with supporting documentation. For example, if you are a student seeking a scholarship appropriation to commence or continue your professional education, financial statements (such as tax returns) or letters and other documentation from credible, verifiable third-party sources (such as governmental agencies, financial institutions, and the like) attesting to your need or disadvantage, etc., are extremely helpful in our approval and underwriting process.

Secondly, you should be prepared to specify the exact amounts and applications of the grant proceeds, in terms of who (the names, addresses, and complete contact information) the recipient/s of the funds will be, and the means by which we will be able to continually verify that disbursed funds are being utilized for the purposes specified in your application. Our ability to keep track of all details concerning the ongoing application of funds will be an important key to honoring your request for grant assistance. Financial accountability is essential to our having a positive and productive partnership.

Thirdly, you should be prepared to demonstrate that you are consistently achieving certain promised goals for academic attendance and performance. At the initiation of your grant, we will establish and agree upon certain attainment levels (such as grades, examination scores, class ranking, degree eligibility, etc.) which you will have to meet or exceed for continued eligibility. RCP Foundation will be invested in your academic and career success, both in the immediate term, and in the future ahead.
